This week, I've received a lot of pretty letters, and I'm still so excited about them!
On monday I got the remaining two postcards I was waiting for the book suggestions swap:
The first one is my favorite, I really love black&white vintage-looking postcards, and moreover, the pictures itself is really beautiful. The second one, is also nice. It would be even better if the font wasn't comic sans.. but this time I can get over it u_u

Lettermo day 6 & 7
Today and yesterday's letters that have been sent, are one for the 'instant photo swap' I joined on swap-bot, and one requested here.
(Spoiler alert for: Tegan.)
The envelope I used for this letter is one of those that my friend/business partner pensandenvelopes @tumblr hand-made and sent me a while ago. It was hard to send out this envelope, I really love it and all the others she sent me. I was very tempted to use them into my journals for scrapbooking and such, but envelopes are made to be sent after all, and also it would have been a pity to stick them somewhere...so the day for one of them has come on monday.

Incoming + special delivery
The past week has been quite satisfying in terms of incoming mail. Here's what I found in my mailbox.
This, is a Valentine's card from Iris, which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated :) Moreover I also was a lot surprised that her mail hadn't got lost somewhere, since that most of the letters we've exchanged so far didn't make it to our houses. I don't know, Mexico and Italy seem to have the worst postal connection ever! But anyway, the next letter I'm going to write and send her, will arrive to her because I'm going to use registered mail; I'm sick and tired of missing letters.

Lettermo day 3, 4 and 5
The first week has been succesfully completed, and yes, I must say I'm very satisfied and proud of myself that I was able to keep up with my schedule.
The letters sent are the following:
(Neda, if you're reading, you might want to stop, since one of these letters is for you. Also, Tegan, one of those contains spoilers for yours & believe me, it won't be hard to figure out which one...)
The first ones, are for the last two people off sendsomething, and the last one is the first off the list of people that requested me one.

Lettermo day 1 & 2
Yesterday my Lettermo has started! In less than two hours I received all eleven letter requests I needed to complete the month schedule, pretty amazing.
I was pleasantly surprised by seeing so many people from so many different countries, there are just a few doubles, and that's even more interesting. I'll be sending letters to countries I've never sent to, so yay for widen horizons!
Anyway, I really want to keep a record of all the letters I sent out, but writing a post each day would be too much for me, so I'll group them in 2 or 3 and make a couple of post per week.
The first and the second letter that I sent respectively yesterday and today, are for two girls I found via sendsomething. They weren't on the top of my list, there was Sophia actually. However, I'm waiting for some nice stationery I've bought online to arrive, so I wanted to wait to finally be able to send her a pretty envelope like the ones she always sends me.
The second letter has a drawing on the other side, but I forgot to take a picture before sending it...
I still have 2 people on my list that I've found through that website but, to be honest I don't really like it, next month I'll probably delete my profile there and start being more active on swap-bot, which has a lot of interesting swaps that I'd like to do. For now I've signed up for two of them: one that has to be done in the next few days, and another one by the early days of April.
The first one is an 'instant photo' swap, which is pretty self-explanatory. I'm very excited to do this one, since I haven't been using my instant camera for a while (due to the cost of the film :c ) and also because receiving surprises, is always good. The second one is 'one sentence journal' (it will be possible to join it until tomorrow, so click on the link if you're intrested) and seems very cool too: everyone will keep a small/pocket journal for the whole month -March- and will have to write a sentence every day about what happened, what they did, what they thought, and such. When the month is over, we'll be swapping them and have the chance to have a glance into someon else's life in a very original way :)
